GWP 샘플 자동화(이하 "앱")는 Shopify 스토어에 설치되어, 설정된 조건을 만족하는 주문에 샘플/사은품을 자동으로 추가하는 서비스입니다. 이 문서는 앱이 어떤 정보를 수집·이용·보관하는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

앱은 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다.

• 스토어 도메인 및 앱 설정값 (프로모션 조건, 연결된 샘플 상품, 재고 수량, 배정 방식)
• 주문 처리 중 전달되는 상품 라인 항목 정보 (상품/옵션 ID, 수량, 앱이 부여한 내부 식별 속성)
• 상품 재고 수량 변경 알림 (상품/옵션 단위 재고 수치)

앱은 최종 소비자의 이름, 이메일, 주소, 전화번호 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집·저장·조회하지 않습니다.

2. 수집 목적

수집한 정보는 아래 목적에만 사용됩니다.

• 설정된 조건(주문 금액 이상, 특정 상품 구매 등) 충족 여부 판단
• 여러 샘플 중 랜덤/순환 배정 로직 실행
• 샘플 재고 자동 반영 및 소진 시 프로모션 자동 비활성화
• 스토어 운영자에게 제공하는 대시보드 지표(활성 프로모션 수, GWP 적용 주문 비율) 산출

마케팅, 프로파일링, 제3자 광고 등 다른 목적으로는 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 보관 및 삭제

• 데이터는 앱이 스토어에 설치되어 있는 동안에만 보관됩니다.
• 스토어에서 앱을 삭제하면 Shopify가 전송하는 app/uninstalled 웹훅을 통해 해당 스토어의 세션 정보가 삭제됩니다.
• 스토어 운영자가 데이터 삭제를 요청하면 Shopify의 shop/redact 절차에 따라 보관 중인 스토어 관련 정보를 삭제합니다.
• 최종 소비자의 개인 식별 정보를 별도로 저장하지 않으므로, customers/redact 요청 시 삭제 대상이 되는 개인 데이터가 존재하지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 제공

수집한 정보를 제3자에게 판매, 대여, 공유하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공에 필요한 Shopify 플랫폼과의 통신(주문/재고 조회, 자동 할인 생성) 외에는 외부로 데이터를 전송하지 않습니다.

5. 보안

앱과 Shopify 간의 모든 통신은 HTTPS(TLS)로 암호화됩니다. 저장된 데이터는 접근이 제한된 서버 환경에서 관리됩니다.

6. 이용자 권리

스토어 운영자 또는 최종 소비자는 아래 연락처로 보관 중인 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 접수 후 합리적인 기간 내에 처리합니다.

7. 정책 변경

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지를 통해 고지하며, 페이지 상단의 최종 수정일이 갱신됩니다.

GWP Sample Automation (the "App") is installed on Shopify stores to automatically add free samples/gifts to orders that meet merchant-configured conditions. This document explains what information the App collects, uses, and stores.

1. Information We Collect

The App processes only the minimum information required to provide its service.

• Store domain and app configuration (promotion conditions, linked sample products, stock levels, assignment mode)
• Order line item data passed during order processing (product/variant IDs, quantity, internal identifying properties added by the App)
• Inventory quantity change notifications (product/variant stock counts)

The App does not collect, store, or access personally identifiable information about end customers, such as name, email, address, or phone number.

2. Purpose of Processing

Collected information is used only for the following purposes:

• Determining whether a configured condition (minimum order amount, specific product purchased, etc.) is met
• Running the random/rotating assignment logic across multiple gift products
• Automatically reflecting gift stock levels and deactivating promotions when stock runs out
• Calculating dashboard metrics shown to the store owner (active promotion count, GWP-applied order ratio)

Data is never used for marketing, profiling, or third-party advertising.

3. Retention and Deletion

• Data is retained only while the App remains installed on the store.
• When a store uninstalls the App, session data for that store is deleted via the Shopify app/uninstalled webhook.
• When a store owner requests data deletion, stored data for that shop is deleted per Shopify's shop/redact process.
• Because the App does not separately store personally identifiable end-customer data, there is no personal data to delete in response to a customers/redact request.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Collected information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. The App does not transmit data outside of what is required to communicate with the Shopify platform itself (order/inventory lookups, automatic discount creation).

5. Security

All communication between the App and Shopify is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). Stored data is managed in an access-restricted server environment.

6. Your Rights

Store owners and end customers may contact us at any time using the details below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information held about them. We respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly.
